The loan I got for some jewelry was ridiculously low, and when my property was about to be forfeit, they only called to remind me the day before. I'd say these people stay just within their rights as a loan-sharking business, and really have no other concern for people beyond making money off of them. I've been to pawn shops nationwide and although some people give negative reviews, they don't understand how pawn shops work apparently.
